PRICING AND PAYMENT TERMS
Pricing is determined on a per-project, milestone-based, or advisory retainer basis depending on the scope of services. Payment terms will be outlined in a written proposal or service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due upon receipt or within thirty (30) days (Net 30).
LATE PAYMENTS
Late payments may be subject to interest charges permitted by law. Summit Hollow, Inc. reserves the right to suspend services until outstanding balances are paid in full.
REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to the professional nature of consulting services, fees are generally non-refundable once services have commenced.
Project-based services may be canceled in writing prior to the start date.
If cancellation occurs after work has begun, client remains responsible for payment of work performed up to the cancellation date.
Retainer services may be canceled with thirty (30) days written notice.
Any refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original method of payment and may exclude payment processing fees.

Summit Hollow, Inc. provides professional advisory services but does not guarantee specific financial, operational, or business outcomes.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including text, branding, logos, and materials, is the property of Summit Hollow, Inc. and may not be reproduced without written permission.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Summit Hollow, Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of this website or services.
